Costly penalties, other struggles return in Bucs 25-12 loss to Colts

Leading 12-6 at halftime, Tampa Bay was shut out in the second half of a 25-12 loss to the Colts. As was the case during earlier losses, mistakes proved costly, including penalties, a dropped pass, poor pass defense and missed kicks.
