Teen’s death spurs state to investigate Busch Boulevard safety
The death of a 17-year-old Chamberlain High School student who was struck as she crossed rush hour Busch Boulevard at daybreak Tuesday has prompted state transportation officials to initiate a study on whether additional crosswalks are needed in the area.
