Following three years of successful new home sales, GL Homes' Valencia Lakes has rapidly become Hillsborough County's premier active adult community, according to Patty Campbell, division president for the West Coast of Florida. Plans are in place to make the community even more desirable in 2012.

This month we will be opening four new villa models, two of which are completely new floor plans, while the other two plans have been enhanced.
