IF MONTE DOES, INDEED, JOIN HIS SON AT TENNESSEE, I WISH HIM WELL. HE'S A CLASS ACT, AND WILL BE HARD TO FOLLOW. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO MIGHT SUCCEED HIM, BUT I DON'T WANT ROD MARINELLI. HE COULDN'T DO A THING WITH A PATHETIC LION TEAM, SO WHY SHOULD ANYONE THINK HE'D DO ANY BETTER WITH THE BUCS?
IF HE DOES LEAVE, WE'LL FIND OUT JUST HOW GOOD GRUDEN IS, SINCE THE DEFENSE HAS BEEN THE HEART AND SOUL OF THE BUCCANEERS.
