Jane Barbar Thery, head of the Organization of American States-U.S. Relations program in Washington, is scheduled to speak at a 12:15 p.m. luncheon program on Friday at The Tampa Club, 101 E. Kennedy Bolvd.
Her topic will be "What is the OAS and what role does it play in the Americas?" with an update on economic development and political trends in Latin America.
The session sponsored by The World Trade Center, World Affairs Council and Tampa Bay Global Business Initiative is available to members for $25 and non-members for $35.
