Contours Express to reopen in Spring Hill

SPRING HILL - The owners of the two local Contours Express gyms have reduced that number to one - but only for the time being.

The gym located at 3087 Anderson Snow Road is closed, but members may still use the facility located along South Broad Street in Brooksville, across from Candlelight Boulevard.

Co-owner Janet Carr said plans are already underway to open a new gym in Spring Hill, but closer to Mariner Boulevard. No date has been set.

The Anderson Snow facility was considered too far for those who lived on the west end of the county, she said.

The Brooksville gym opened one year ago.

Carr and business partner Tracey Pager previously owned three gyms in Hernando County. They closed the Contours Express located in Ridge Manor in September.
