Alana Graybill, of 927 Harbour House Drive, was treated for minor injuries at Suncoast Hospital in Largo, officials said.
She jumped from the balcony next to her bedroom. She went to a neighbor's house and was later taken to the hospital by relatives, officials said.
The fire broke out about 10:30 a.m. at the Harbor House complex, at Ninth Avenue and Gulf Boulevard.
Two adjacent town homes, one on each side, were heavily damaged, said Rick Walker, operations chief with Pinellas Suncoast Fire & Rescue.
There are eight town homes in the three-story building, and they share walls.
No other injuries were reported. The fire does not appear to be suspicious but officials continue their investigation.
