Leo Presley punched his pregnant girlfriend on the left eye Sunday and hid under a bed from deputies, Hillsborough County authorities say.

Presley, 33, of Brandon, refused commands to show his hands and get out from under the bed, so deputies "assisted" him, a criminal arrest affidavit states.
Presley struggled.
He scratched a deputy's right wrist and left forearm and pushed another deputy on the chest, the affidavit states.
A deputy deployed a stun gun, but it didn't stop Presley.
Presley fled on foot. He was arrested about 10:53 a.m. Sunday after hiding on a construction site, according to the affidavit.
He was charged with two counts of battery with violence on a law enforcement officer, two counts of resisting an officer with violence, one count of battery on a pregnant woman and one count of trespassing on a posted construction site.
Presley was arrested Oct. 21 and charged with battery after slamming the same woman's "face on the ground and subsequently inflicting permanent disfigurement by breaking the victim's nose," according to records. A hearing on that was scheduled for Jan. 7.
Presley, of 910 Nina Elizabeth Circle, Apt. 202, was aware Sunday that his girlfriend was six to nine weeks' pregnant, the affidavit states.
He was in Orient Road Jail with no bail set.
