Handgun Found In Purse Of Woman Visiting Disney

LAKE BUENA VISTA - A Pennsylvania woman was arrested Sunday after trying to enter Disney's Magic Kingdom with a loaded handgun, authorities said.

According to the Orange County Sheriff's Office, 63-year-old Mary Ann Richardson of Nickelson, Pa., told investigators Sunday that she had forgotten she was carrying the silver semiautomatic handgun.

Authorities say the gun held seven live rounds, but the chamber was empty.

Richardson was charged with possession of a concealed weapon.
