How can I find out which channels have been moved and where they have been relocated?
Bright House Networks has mailed new channel guides to customers in the monthly bills; offered a channel guide in Sunday's Tampa Tribune and other local newspapers; and e-mailed customers. The new lineups for each county can be found at www.tampabay. mybrighthouse.com. Subscribers also can go to the Channel Guide on Bright House's channel 99.

Will the changes affect digital recording devices?

Digital video recorders automatically reset, the subscriber does not have to manually do it. Channel favorites will automatically reset as well.

What do I do if I do not subscribe to the digital service but I want to continue to view meetings of the school board, city council and county commission?

In Hillsborough County, call Bright House at (813) 684-6400 for a converter box. The box will cost an additional $1 per month. Company officials say customers can expect installation within two days.

Why is Bright House doing this?
Company officials say the move is an attempt to make the channel lineups more uniform throughout the seven-county area.
