Where in Tampa can you find waterfront property in the $500,000s? Rottlund Homes is offering three-bedroom town homes in Spinnaker Cove at that price.
"At Rottlund Homes we feel your home is the ultimate expression of who you are" says Linda Trautman, division sales and marketing manager. "Our award-winning plans have been adapted to what the luxury waterfront home buyer expects to find in a home of this high caliber."
The location is "wonderfully convenient, being close to Pinellas County as well as to Tampa's downtown," Trautman says. A top-of-the-line REI brand elevator system is included and accesses each floor, she adds.
Several town homes are available, each with waterfront views and private docks. Every slip will accommodate up to a 45-foot boat and includes an individual dock box, shore power and water.
Each of the Spinnaker Cove town homes also features two decks, one off the second-floor family room and the other off the first-floor game room.
Buyers can choose from two floor plans: the Aruba, which received the Best of Show award during the Tampa Bay Builders Association's 2006 Spring Parade of Homes, and the Bermuda. Both designs feature more than 2,500 square feet of living space.
Each town home features a two-car garage with automatic opener and storage space and a game room with a full cabinet wet bar, refrigerator and bathroom.
"The main living area features a chef's kitchen and the family room overlooks breathtaking views of Tampa Bay and a private dock," Trautman says. There's "also a wonderful living room with a bay window, a full-size dining room and a half bathroom."
Trautman says a wall of windows in the master suite provides the perfect view.
"Spinnaker Cove features waterfront living, a carefree lifestyle, gated community security, a private dock, access to Tampa Bay sunrises and sunsets and the ability to move into this lifestyle for just the high $500,000s," Trautman says. "You have to ask yourself how long will the opportunity really last?"
To reach Spinnaker Cove, take Hillsborough Avenue to Memorial Highway. Turn right, travel about one mile and make a left onto Bay Pointe Drive. Turn left at Spinnaker Cove Lane. The model is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m Sunday.
With interest rates being so low in today's market, now is an ideal time to buy a home, Trautman says.
Rottlund Homes, a private builder, is building in 12 communities throughout the Tampa Bay area and offers single-family homes with 2,200 to 5,600 square feet of living space and town homes with 1,250 to 2,500 square feet of living space. Residences are priced from $150,000 to $1.5 million.
