Cathy Murphy has joined Regions Bank as senior mortgage loan officer. She will be responsible for assisting customers in the Tampa Bay area with their mortgage needs.

Enteo Software Inc.has appointed Scott Barone as strategic sales representative covering the company's Eastern and Western regions. Barone is based in Tampa and will focus on insurance, financial services and health care vertical markets, along with named accounts.

Hopkins
Rue Education has appointed David D. Hopkins as chief learning officer. He will lead Rue's efforts to enhance technology in the learning process and improve retention. He also will develop and launch new allied health programs.

Herb Doyle, chairman and CEO of Doyle Electric Services Inc., Tampa, has been re-elected to a second term as regional director, 2008-09, serving the Southeast region-Clearwater, for Independent Electrical Contractors, Florida West Coast Chapter.

Tom Tafelski, president of Thomas Construction, has been named 2008 Remodelor Member of the Year by the Tampa Bay Builders Association. The award recognizes an individual who has provided significant contributions and outstanding leadership throughout the year to the remodeling industry, the Tampa Bay Builders Association and its Remodelors Council.

Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick LLP announced that Jennifer R. Malin, director of marketing, has been elected to the board of directors of the Legal Marketing Association Southeastern Chapter. Malin has been elected to the position of City Group Chair and has served on the board for two years as a member at large.

Corporate lawyer Shubham V. Arora has joined the Tampa office of the law firm Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP as an associate. Arora's practice focuses on business transactions including corporate acquisitions and dispositions, private equity investment and real estate transfers.

Lori Lingenfelter has joined Duke Realty Corp.'s Tampa office for business development to further grow and seek opportunities for its health care division, BremnerDuke Healthcare Real Estate. She recently transferred from BremnerDuke's Indianapolis headquarters to serve as vice president of leasing in the Tampa office.

The Children's Home Inc. has appointed three new human resources positions as well as a new volunteer coordinator. John Pachella has been hired as human resources coordinator, responsible for coordinating the recruitment and selection process, participating in new hire orientation and assisting with other human resources functions. Lucien Tomski has been hired as quality assurance manager, responsible for managing the quality improvement program and coordinating the agency's accreditations. Karen Eggeling has been hired as training coordinator, coordinating the professional development program for all employees throughout the agency. Diane Trombley has been hired as volunteer coordinator and has the responsibility to recruit, train and organize volunteer participation for all agency functions.
