Largo Police: Youth Counselor Had Sex With 15-Year-Old

LARGO - Largo police have arrested a 26-year-old youth counselor they say had consensual sex with a 15-year-old girl he met while on the job this spring.

Matthew Crisostomo, of 401 Rosery Road, No. 226, was charged Tuesday night with two counts of lewd and lascivious battery.

According to Largo police, Crisostomo met the girl this past spring while he was working as a volunteer youth counselor for Largo Wesleyan Church. The two had sex in July and August. Authorities learned of the relationship from the victim's mother.
