Hillsborough

Government offices: Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Libraries: Closed today, Monday and Tuesday.

Public schools: Closed through Jan. 4. Schools will reopen Jan. 7 for faculty. Students will return Jan. 8.

Hillsborough Community College: Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Garbage collection: There will be pickup Monday, but not Tuesday. Collection will be the next scheduled pickup date.

Public transportation: Hillsborough Area Regional Transit's HARTline and HARTplus will operate a Saturday schedule on Monday. HART will not operate on Tuesday.

Recreation: E.G. Simmons Park, Eureka Springs and Lake Roger will be closed Monday; all others will be open until 3 p.m. Morris Bridge, Trout Creek and Flatwoods will be open Tuesday. Recreation centers will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

Tampa

Government offices: Closed Monday and Tuesday

Libraries: Closed Monday and Tuesday.

University of Tampa: Closed through Jan. 1; classes resume Jan. 2.

University of South Florida: Closed Monday and Tuesday, will reopen Wednesday.

Garbage collection: There will be pickup Monday, but not Tuesday. Pickup for that day will be one day later. Commercial pickup will one run day late for the remainder of the week.

Public transportation: Hillsborough Area Regional Transit's HARTline will operate a Saturday schedule on Monday. HART will not operate Tuesday.

Recreation: Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Plant City

Government offices: Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Libraries: Closed today, Monday and Tuesday.

Garbage collection: No pickup Monday and Tuesday. Pickup will be the next scheduled day.

Public transportation: Plant City's Strawberry Express will operate Monday on a Saturday schedule. It will not operate Tuesday.

Recreation: Recreation centers and regional parks closed Monday and Tuesday.
Temple Terrace
Government offices: Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Libraries: Closed today, Monday and Tuesday.

Garbage collection: No pickup Monday or Tuesday. There will be commercial pickup Monday, but not Tuesday. Regular service will resume the next scheduled pickup day.

Public transportation: Hillsborough Area Regional Transit's HART and HART will operate a Saturday schedule on Monday. HARTline will not operate on Tuesday.

Recreation: The Family Recreation Complex and Lightfoot Recreation Center will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

Pasco

Government offices: Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Libraries: Closed today, Monday and Tuesday.

Public schools: Closed through Jan. 4. Schools will reopen Jan. 7 for faculty and Jan. 8 for students.

Public transportation: Pasco County public transportation will operate on a holiday schedule on Monday. Bus routes will begin an hour later and end an hour earlier. Pasco County public transportation will not operate Tuesday.

Recreation: Recreation complexes and pools will be closed Monday and Tuesday. Community centers will be closed Monday and Tuesday.

Garbage collection: Regular pickup Monday, no pickup Tuesday. Pickup will be on the next scheduled day.

Zephyrhills

Libraries: Closed today, Monday and Tuesday.

Garbage collection: Regular pickup Monday, no pickup Tuesday. Pickup will be the next scheduled day.

Dade City

Garbage collection: Regular pickup Monday, no pickup Tuesday. Pickup will be the next scheduled day.

New Port Richey

Garbage collection: Regular pickup Monday, no pickup Tuesday. Pickup will be the next scheduled day.

Pinellas

Government offices: Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Public schools: Closed through Jan. 4 Schools will reopen Jan. 7 for faculty and students.

Garbage collection: The pickup schedule will remain the same Monday. There will be no pickup Tuesday. Pickups that are scheduled Tuesday will be made Wednesday.

Clearwater

Libraries: Open Monday, but will close at 5 p.m. All branches are closed Tuesday.

Garbage collection: Regular pickup Monday, no pickup Tuesday. Pickups that are scheduled Tuesday will be made Wednesday.

St. Petersburg

Government offices: Closed Monday and Tuesday

Libraries: Open Monday but will close at 6 p.m. All libraries will be closed Tuesday.

Garbage collection: Regular pickup for Monday. There will be no pickup for Tuesday.

Dunedin

Garbage collection: Regular pickup Monday; there will be no pickup Tuesday. Pickups that are scheduled Tuesday will be made Wednesday.

Tarpon Springs

Garbage collection: Regular pickups will be made Monday, no pickup Tuesday. Pickups that are scheduled for Tuesday will be made Wednesday.

State

Department of Motor Vehicles: Open Monday until 5 p.m., closed Tuesday.

U.S. Postal Service: Open Monday, closed Tuesday.
