The various all-conference teams, as selected by the county's head coaches, were strongly considered. Five teams (with 13 positions on offense, 12 on defense and three specialists) were selected and 10 additional players were added for a total of 150 players on the all-county team. The third, fourth and fifth teams and 10 additional players comprise the honorable mention list. The Player of the Year will be announced at the Tribune's annual Parade of Athletes banquet on May 19, 2008.
