Two women tried stealing children's clothing from a Westfield Brandon mall store by placing the items in other bags and under a small girl in a stroller Sunday, Hillsborough County deputies say.

Deputies arrested Nancy Yamileth Iraiteta, 20, of Brandon and Alma Delia Silva, 23, of Tampa about 12:40 p.m. Sunday.

Silva and Iraiteta both had entered the country illegally, and a deputy found a fake identification card in Silva's wallet, a criminal arrest affidavit states.
Silva was born in Mexico. Iraiteta is from El Salvador.
The children's clothing was worth about $159, according to the affidavit.
Silva and Iraiteta were charged with felony child neglect and misdemeanor petty theft. Silva also was charged with having fraudulent identification.
The girl's status wasn't included in the affidavit.
Silva remained in Orient Road Jail on Monday, and Iraiteta remained in Falkenburg Road Jail. Silva's bail was set at $4,500, and Iraiteta's was set at $2,500.
