Displayed big-play ability and toughness for a program that won 41 games in his four seasons. Runs 4.3 in the 40-yard dash and was clocked at 10.53 in the 100 meters. Had 54 receptions for 728 yards and 14 touchdowns as a senior. As a junior, had 76 receptions for 1,500 yards and 26 TDs. "I've seen him reverse his field, cut it into second gear, all those qualities,'' Rayville coach Bo Barton said. "But I really remember the time the ball got there a half-second late and he got clobbered. The guy [defender] stood there like he had really done something. Chris jumped right up and handed the ball to the ref. And later on, he made some big plays and made that team pay.''
