Two Injured As Motorcycle Hits Bike

LARGO - A Saturday collision between a motorcycle and a bicycle sent two Pinellas County residents to the hospital, the Florida Highway Patrol reported.
According to the report of the 4:05 p.m. accident, a 2005 Kawasaki motorcycle driven by Jon L. Economos, 36, of 8901 109th Ave. N., Seminole, was southbound on Starkey Road when it struck the bicycle crossing the inside lane of southbound Starkey Road at 109th Avenue N.
The impact caused the motorcycle to overturn, ejecting the driver, the report said.
The bicyclist, Rimma V. Dudenkov, 49, of 10632 92nd St. N., Largo, was also ejected.
Both cyclists were transported to Bayfront Medical Center, St. Petersburg.
