An argument between a man and his girlfriend turned violent when he hit her and her sister, Hillsborough County deputies say.
Robert Lee Walker, 21, of Tampa, was arrested at 3:26 a.m. today.
Following an argument in which he pushed and hit her, Walker's girlfriend left their apartment and headed to her sister's apartment, according to the sheriff's office. He ran after her, grabbing her several times. Then he pulled her back from her sister's apartment and threw her to the ground.
He barged into the sister's apartment, threw her sister to the ground and punched her sister in the left jaw, deputies say.
Deputies say they found a small plastic baggie of cocaine on Walker. Later, deputies said, they found three "rock-like objects" left behind by Walker in a vehicle; the objects tested positive for cocaine, a criminal arrest affidavit states.
Walker faces felony counts of cocaine possession and burglary of a dwelling with battery. He also faces a misdemeanor count of battery.
He remains in Orient Road Jail with no bail set.
