THE DIFFERENCE: With time running out in the first half and on its 35-yard line, Riverview used three consecutive passes in 44 seconds to drive for the touchdown that was the winning margin.

GAME NOTES: Riverview running backs Jahleel Addae and John Green combined for 185 yards rushing, while Durant's Ryan Rice ran for 109 yards. … The teams combined for seven fumbles and 146 yards of penalties. … After Riverview fumbled on its 34-yard line in the first quarter, Durant marched down to 6 before fumbling. Riverview's Patrick Shea returned the fumble to the Durant 6. But on their third play, the Sharks fumbled and the Cougars ran it back to the 40. …. The game was scoreless until Dylan Coffman scored on a 1-yard run with 5:54 left in the first half. Two minutes later, Durant scored on a 13-yard pass from Jeremy Fussell to Damon Kolanowski.
