Show Support - Donate Blood

I have asked several people who prominently display "I Support The Troops" yellow ribbons on their vehicles if they would donate blood during the Florida Blood Services Veterans' week drive. Their natural human response is, "I don't like needles."

Most people don't like bullets or IEDs, but our armed forces are protecting us in spite of that dislike. Veterans have shed their blood in defense of the USA and its ideals. We can honor their dedication to duty by donating blood to support the troops. FBS is one of seven collection points for military blood use.

Thanks to all the veterans.
