Published: November 10, 2007

A priest accused of stalking Conan O'Brien was found fit to stand trial Friday, although his lawyer acknowledged he has been treated for psychological problems.

The judge issued the ruling after a court-appointed psychologist examined the Rev. David Ajemian of the Archdiocese of Boston. State Justice Abraham Clott also ordered him held on $2,500 cash bail.

Ajemian, 46, was arrested last week while trying to enter a taping of "Late Night with Conan O'Brien" in New York City despite being warned to stay away by NBC security.

In a letter to NBC, he called himself "a stalker of a very different order than the kind you are used to dealing with" and dared NBC Security to "tell Conan about your surveillance of me."

Prince Protecting Purple Pictures

Prince is taking legal action to stop Web sites from using copyrighted images, a concert promotion company announced Friday.

Contrary to reports, the Purple One is not suing his fans or looking to inhibit free speech in any way, AEG, which promoted Prince's concert series in London, said in a statement.

"The action taken earlier this week was not to shut down fan sites, or control comment in any way," the statement read. "The issue was simply to do with in regards to copyright and trademark of images and only images, and no lawsuits have been filed."

Three Web sites published copyrighted images and live photos from Prince's London concerts, according to AEG.

The promotions company said one of the alleged violators, Pirate Bay, is "exploiting copyrighted material for their commercial gain."

Police Raid Winehouse's Home

Police raided Amy Winehouse's London home, using a crowbar to force open the door. The singer's spokesman said she was not there at the time and drugs were not involved.

British media said the raid was related to the arrest of Winehouse's husband and several other men on suspicion of trying to pervert the course of justice.

British media reported that the investigation concerned Winehouse's husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, who is due to stand trial next week on charges of assaulting a barman.
