Published: November 14, 2007

Musician Boy George was charged Tuesday with falsely imprisoning a 28-year-old man, British police said.

The 47-year old singer and DJ, whose real name is George O'Dowd, has been ordered to appear before a court Nov. 22.

The Sun newspaper reported in April that a Norwegian man, Auden Karlsen, 28, claimed he was chained and threatened at O'Dowd's London flat, where he had gone as a photo model.

Osmond Says Bible Inspired Her To Dance

Marie Osmond says the Bible inspired her return to ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" after the death of her father last week.

Osmond said on Monday's live broadcast that she found comfort in the Bible when she randomly opened a passage from Ecclesiastes.

"It said ... there's a time to mourn and a time to dance," she said. "And I felt like it was almost from my dad saying, 'This is your time to dance.'"

She missed last week's elimination show after her father, George Osmond, patriarch to the Osmond family's singing group, The Osmond Brothers, died at his home in Provo, Utah. He was 90.

On Tuesday, all those red-eye flights finally ground soap opera star Cameron Mathison down.

After working to become the consensus most-improved celebrity on "Dancing with the Stars," Mathison, who spent the season shuttling between Los Angeles and New York (where "All My Children" is filmed), was eliminated Tuesday night.

"In five seasons, no one has traveled as much, or has had as much on their plate, as you have," host Tom Bergeron said.

Seacrest To Again Co-Host Rockin' Eve

Dick Clark and Ryan Seacrest will ring in 2008 as co-hosts of "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" on ABC.

It will be the 36th consecutive year that "Rockin' Eve" has been on the air.

Clark, 77, missed the show in 2004 when he suffered a stroke. He has been back in business for the past two years with Seacrest as co-host, counting down to midnight from New York's Times Square before a TV audience of millions.

Seacrest, 32, is expected to eventually succeed Clark as host of the show.

Paisley's Video A Personal Journey

Brad Paisley's new video, scheduled to air Thursday on the Country Music Television network, has special meaning for residents of his West Virginia hometown.

"Letter to Me" was filmed entirely in Glen Dale, and features many of Paisley's old friends, according to the country singer's publicist, Darlene Beiber.

It was shot in September at John Marshall High School, Paisley's alma mater, with some additional footage from the home of Paisley's parents, Beiber said.

Paisley invited members of his graduating class, the Class of 1991, and their spouses to share the stage with him for a reunion scene.

His former teacher Linda Brinkman, who is mentioned in the song lyrics, also appears in the video.

"Letter to Me" from the album "5th Gear" is about the advice the singer would give himself if he could send a letter back in time to when he was 17.
