TAMPA - A Dover man has been arrested on a DUI manslaughter charge in connection with a Halloween crash.
Victor Hernandez-Santiago, 21, was arrested Tuesday. He was being held in Orient Road Jail, with no bail set.
About midnight on Oct. 31, a 1999 Ford Mustang driven by Hernandez-Santiago was southbound on McIntosh Road when it left the road and struck a utility pole, a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office release states.
The Mustang went into a strawberry field south of U.S. 92 and rolled several times, throwing out him, one of his brothers and a teenager, the release states.
Samuel Trejo-Martinez, 17, died Nov. 4 from his injuries.
In addition to the DUI manslaughter charge, Hernandez-Santiago was charged with four counts of driving under the influence causing serious bodily injury, one count of driving with no valid driver's license and two counts of driving under the influence causing property damage.
Hernandez-Santiago's brother Cipriano, 24, remains in Tampa General Hospital, where he was listed in fair condition Wednesday, spokeswoman Ellen Fiss said.
