The NASCAR season is down to its final race, and either Jimmie Johnson or Jeff Gordon will be crowned the 2007 Nextel Cup champion Sunday night. Johnson, with four victories in a row, has taken an 86-point lead over his friend and teammate and is assured his second consecutive title if he finishes at least 18th at Homestead. Johnson has been faster than Gordon most of the year, and he has had an amazing Chase, but Gordon has been more consistent and would have already wrapped up the championship under NASCAR's old system. So who's more deserving of the championship? Here are the arguments for each driver:
