LAWRENCE, Kan. - Let the hype begin for the biggest Kansas-Missouri game ever.

Todd Reesing passed for 253 yards and four touchdowns and No. 4 Kansas remained unbeaten Saturday with a 45-7 rout of Iowa State, setting up a showdown with sixth-ranked Missouri for the Big 12 North title and possibly much more.

Missouri did its part to set up the most-anticipated game in the history of the bitter rivalry which started in 1891 and is so fierce the two sides cannot even agree on what the overall record is. A few hours before the Jayhawks won, the Tigers beat Kansas State 49-32.

Now the archrival Tigers (10-1, 6-1 Big 12) and Jayhawks (11-0, 7-0) will meet in Kansas City on Saturday to see who goes to a Big 12 title tilt, a game that could launch the winner into the national title game.

MISSOURI 49, KANSAS STATE 32: Jeremy Maclin scored three TDs and had 252 total yards to set the NCAA single-season freshman record for all-purpose yards, helping No. 6 Missouri (10-1, 6-1) rally for a win vs. host Kansas State (5-6, 3-5).

Maclin returned a kickoff 99 yards for a TD and caught two TD passes, giving him 2,201 all-purpose yards for the season - 175 more than Terrell Willis of Rutgers had in 1993. Maclin finished with nine catches for 143 yards.

TEXAS TECH 34, OKLAHOMA 20: Graham Harrell and host Texas Tech (8-4, 4-4) knocked No. 3 Oklahoma (9-2, 5-2) out of the national title chase. Harrell threw for 420 yards and two TDs for the Red Raiders.

OKLAHOMA STATE 45, BAYLOR 14: Oklahoma State (6-5, 4-3) got bowl eligible with a victory vs. host Baylor (3-9, 0-8), which likely played its last game under Coach Guy Morriss. Zac Robinson threw for 202 yards and two TDs and ran 17 times for 144 yards and two more scores for the winners.

MICHIGAN STATE 35, PENN STATE 31: Jehuu Caulcrick's 1-yard TD plunge with just more than 4 minutes left capped a crazy comeback for host Michigan State (7-5, 3-5), which likely sealed a bowl bid with a victory against Penn State (8-4, 4-4). Penn State was ahead 24-7 early in the third quarter.

INDIANA 27, PURDUE 24: Kellen Lewis ran for two TDs, and Austin Starr made a 49-yard field goal with 30 seconds left as host Indiana (7-5, 3-5) beat Purdue (7-5, 3-5).
