With a receipt, Beall's will: Issue a Beall's Merchandise Certificate Refund (MCR) or Issue a refund in the original method of payment. Without a receipt we will: Attempt to locate the original transaction in our system and credit your charge card if the purchase was made on a charge card, or, Issue a Bealls Merchandise Certificate Refund (MCR), or Mail you a corporate-issued refund check. (If we are unable to locate the original transaction and the customer does not have a receipt, refund amount is determined by the lowest selling price in the past 30 days)
Gifts may be exchanged and returned through January. Gift purchases made between November 1, 2007 and December 24, 2007, qualify for our Holiday Return policy. Qualifying products may be returned through January 31, 2008. The other terms of our standard policy (including, but not limited to, "non-returnable items" and "restocking fee," etc.) apply. Products purchased prior to November 1 or after December 24 and non-gift purchases do not qualify for our holiday return policy. For these purchases, our standard return policy applies, which is explained in the paragraphs that follow. Your original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, price matches and warranty repair services. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. All returns, exchanges and price adjustments must be made in the country of original purchase. Best Buy reserves the right to request identification and to deny any return. We accept returns or exchanges 30 days from the original purchase. Please review the exceptions below. We accept returns or exchanges 14 days from the original purchase on computers, monitors, notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors and video games purchased as used. Non-returnable items include labor and/or installation services, consumable items such as phone cards, food and drink, or items that are damaged or abused. Opened computer software, movies, music and video games can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on opened notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, radar detectors, GPS/navigation and in-car video systems unless defective or prohibited by law. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged on Special Order Products, including appliances unless defective or prohibited by law. Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to one per product, per household or address. Any product that is returned without a promotional item(s) included with the original transaction (e.g. buy TV, get free DVD player; buy TV, get free gift card; or buy TV, get DVD player half off) will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount. Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Exceptions: Cash, debit or check purchases over $250 will be refunded in the form of a mail check within 10 business days of return.
We will gladly provide a refund, credit, or exchange for merchandise returned within Thirty days of purchase with tags attached, in original packaging and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Charge Card purchases will be credited to the card used in the original transaction. Debit cards using a pin number will be refunded cash. If the purchase was made by a personal check, a bank check refund will be mailed to you after fourteen days from receipt of the returned merchandise. Merchandise that has been altered, damaged or worn cannot be exchanged or returned. Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise only and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Layaway deposits and payments are non-refundable, but may be converted to a gift card if layaway is cancelled or returned. If merchandise is returned without a receipt and/or if tags are not attached, a gift card (redeemable for merchandise only) will be issued for the lowest selling price. A Government ID must be provided (driver's license, state-issued non-driver ID, passport, military ID).
During the holidays, we extend our normal return period so our customers can shop for gifts with peace of mind. For most items, customers who purchase from us from November 15 through December 24 have through January 25, 2008 to return their items. For computers and all other 14-day return items (defined below), customer have up to 14 days past Christmas (through January 8, 2008) to return their items.
Other terms of the Circuit City return policy will continue to apply:
For any exchange or refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, including the box, packaging, UPC barcode and all accessories.
Opened software, music, games, and movies may only be exchanged for the same title.
Certain items (digital cameras, camcorders, desktop and notebook PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, projectors, PDAs, mobile video, GPS navigation systems and radar detectors) are subject to a 15% restocking fee* if returned opened or in a non-factory-sealed box. If one of these products is still in its factory-sealed box, no restocking fee will be assessed.
There is no restocking fee for defective product returned in exchange for the exact same product, or for product originally purchased as Open Box.
Charges for installation and delivery services are non-refundable after the services have been preformed.
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system.
Gift receipts are available at Circuit City and it is always advisable to get a gift receipt when buying consumer electronics products as gifts
DisneyShopping.com will exchange or credit your purchase of *DisneyShopping.com merchandise returned within 60 days of the shipping date, excluding shipping and handling charges (art and collectible purchases must be returned in their original packaging within 30 days of shipping date and must include the original Packing Slip). Returns will be credited to the purchasing credit card.
Returns within 90 days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded to a Home Depot Store credit. Returns made beyond 90 days of purchase or without a valid sales receipt may be exchanged or refunded to a Home Depot Store credit or Home Depot Commercial Account for the lowest advertised price. Purchases made with Store Credit, Gift Certificates and Gift Cards will be refunded as Store Credit. Gasoline Powered Equipment may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt. After 30 days, item may be sent out for repair at the customer's expense, unless under warranty. Items purchased on homedepot.com cannot be returned to our stores. Merchandise must be returned within 90 days in unused, like-new condition. Live Goods and items that use flammable liquids or gases cannot be returned to homedopot.com if used. All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns. A refund will be issued to the original credit card within 1-2 billing cycles.
With a receipt: Any returned items accompanied by a receipt dated within 90 days of purchase will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. No refund will be issued after 90 days. Without a receipt: refunds and exchanges made without a receipt and purchased within 90 days will reflect the lowest "on sale" price within the last 30 days, plus applicable sales tax. A refund will be issued only in the form of Merchandise Return Voucher or credit on a JCPenney account. Original shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.

Furniture: JCPenney is proud to offer quality furniture with great value. When purchasing through jcp.com or one of our catalogs, furniture purchases may be returned within 7 days from the delivery with the original sales receipt.
When purchasing or ordering from one of our stores, we encourage you to take measurements, match colors, and test the furniture for comfort and style prior to purchase. Furniture purchases from JCPenney stores, once delivered and accepted, are final.
Furniture purchased from JCPenney may be subject to a manufacturer or store warranty, which covers repair or replacement of defective products and is only valid for a limited time. Misuse by the customer voids all warranties and/or JCPenney return policies.
Furniture includes bedroom, upholstered and accent furniture, formal and casual dining, ready-to-assemble, ready-to-finish, and mattresses.
Fine Jewelry must be returned to the supplier within 60 days of receiving your order with the original sales receipt. Return instructions will be included with your order. Personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Fine Jewelry includes better watches, fashion watches, gold chains and bracelets, diamonds and wedding rings, IGI certified bridal diamonds, colored gemstones, gold, and birthstone collection.
Special Occasion Dresses must be returned in their original condition with the "return tag" in place.

Electronics include telephones, cameras, camcorders, VCRs, DVDs, WebTVs, televisions, audio, musical instruments, electronics and interactive games, DVD disks, software.
Major Appliances includes Whirlpool items, air conditioners.
Online Outlet priced merchandise must be returned within 30 days accompanied with the original receipt.
Monogrammed, personalized and altered items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
Made-to-Measure window coverings and rugs cannot be returned unless damaged or defective. Includes made-to-order and made-to-length window coverings.
Return or exchange the following within 30 days of the shipment's receipt: Any toy item in its original condition; Any unopened video game, video game console, software item, VHS or DVD. Money will be refunded as long as your product meets the above conditions and you include the original pack slip. For returns without the original pack slip, you will be issued an electronic KBtoys.com Gift Certificate.

If a customers wish to return an item:
1. With a receipt:
A full refund will be credited back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

2. Without Proof of Purchase (receipt):
Customer will be issued a store credit for the item's lowest selling price within the
past 180 days.
3. With a Gift Receipt:

No return police – Each case is handled on a case by case basis
Place the item securely in the original package. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. If you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your ship confirmation e-mail or your online purchase receipt displayed during checkout. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure a full credit. Take package to any RadioShack retail store. The store associate will process your return and issue you a credit. Please allow 10-15 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Merchandise presented after 60 days will be credited based on the current selling price. Should you wish to return merchandise, please do so using either of the two options: Present the merchandise to an associate at your area Saks Fifth Avenue with the original receipt or gift receipt.
