S.R. 54 In Odessa Back To Normal After Gas Leak

ODESSA – Emergency workers have fixed a natural gas leak on State Road 54 that caused traffic delays.

A tractor working in the area struck a pipe, punching a 6- to 8-inch hole in a high-pressure gas line about 1:30 p.m.

Emergency workers are continuing to respond to the scene, and traffic on S.R. 54 is being routed into one lane between Gunn Highway and Black Lake Road, Pasco County Fire Rescue dispatchers said.
