Deputies: Tampa Peeper Popped

A Tampa woman was dressing after showering early today when she spotted a man at a window, authorities said.
Hillsborough County deputies arrested Lonnie Leon Tillman, 23, of Tampa about 12:15 a.m. They say they spoke to Tillman after seeing him walk from the rear porch of the woman's apartment and try to get on a bicycle.
Tillman wasn't able to explain why he was at the apartment, a criminal arrest affidavit states.
Tillman, of 7614 E. 25th Ave., Apt. B, faces a misdemeanor count of voyeurism and a misdemeanor count of trespassing.
He was taken to Orient Road Jail, and his bail was set at $1,000.
