TAMPA -- Jerrod Pass, who investigators think is a serial rapist, has additional charges against him for sexual batteries dating back to 2003, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reported Monday.
After receiving DNA results, authorities connected Pass to sexual assaults. Investigators also recovered items belonging to the victims in a storage unit rented by Pass. They recovered panties, purses, mail, driver's licenses and identification cards at a Metro Self Storage at East Fletcher Avenue on Sept. 24, authorities said.
Pass, known as the rapist with smelly feet, would break in to the homes of women through unlocked sliding doors and unlocked windows. He'd take off his shoes when in the homes, authorities had said.
