Grove's 1st Phase To Open In November

WESLEY CHAPEL - Echo Real Estate Services, the Pittsburgh-based developer of The Grove at Wesley Chapel, says the first phase of its 850,000-square-foot plaza will open in the first week of November.

Crews are wrapping up work on the main plaza - home to big-name retailers Best Buy, PetSmart and Toys R Us among others, in advance of the opening.
Phase 2 will include an 18-screen cinema, a variety of restaurants and a strip of stores fronting County Road 54 west of Interstate 75.
Phase 2 is to open next spring.
