TAMPA - Two men have been arrested on charges they sold 10 ounces of cocaine to an undercover sheriff's detective, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
The men, Milton Guzman, 18, of Tampa, and Luis Dejesus Ruiz, 23, of Land O' Lakes, were charged by the sheriff's office and Tampa Police Department with cocaine trafficking and conspiracy to traffic. The arrests come after a three-week investigation, according to a news release.
Also arrested was Tonya M. Vasquez, on an earlier cocaine trafficking charge, according to the release, which does not elaborate.
The sheriff's office says the cocaine seized has a street value of $19,000.
