Senior Citizen Games Play Out

TAMPA – Hillsborough's senior citizens are showing they still have the right stuff as they tackle sports and recreational activities in the 27th annual Tampa Bay Senior Citizens Games.
The games kicked off Oct. 1 and finish with an awards dinner and dance on Friday. Participants can win prizes in a variety of activities, including pickle ball, golf and putt-putt golf, billiards, ballroom dancing, baking contests and card games.
There also are a talent show and hobby show.
The registration deadline has passed, but fans can watch this week's competitions at a variety of locations. For the full list, click here.
