THE DIFFERENCE: Gulf tailback David Williams took a handoff on the second play of the game and raced 67 yards for a touchdown for the first of his five touchdowns, leading the Bucs to a homecoming victory at Des Little Stadium. After the Gulf defense held Sunlake to a three-and-out on the next series, the Bucs went 44 yards on four plays, as Williams scored from 13 yards out, and the rout was on.

GAME NOTES: Williams finished with 278 yards on 12 carries. ... Tevin Gamble finished with 85 yards, Will Burbridge rushed for 84, and quarterback Madison Burr ran for 83. ... Sunlake had its best offensive night totaling 193 total yards and 20 points.

STAT OF THE GAME: Gulf rushed for 567 yards on 36 carries, averaging 15.75 yards per attempt.
