LAKELAND - LAKELAND - LAKELAND -- During a combined training exercise and clean-up effort at a lake in Saddle Creek Park this afternoon, Polk County Sheriff's Office dive team members discovered a submerged vehicle that was reported missing in 2005.

Human bones were found inside the black 1996 Jeep Cherokee, the sheriff's office said.

The Cherokee belonged to Yascara Yturranle of Winter Haven, who was 36 when she was reported missing Oct. 10, 2005, the sheriff's office said. Yturranle's relatives have been notified of the discovery of her vehicle. The identity of the remains will be determined through an autopsy, the sheriff's office said.
