LOS ANGELES - The world may not have been enough for James Bond girl Denise Richards, and her Los Angeles house may not have been large enough for this single mom and her two daughters.

Richards, who graduated from 'Starship Troopers' to 'Drop Dead Gorgeous' before she joined 007 in 'The World Is Not Enough,' has listed her 5,188-square-foot house on slightly more than an acre for $3.9 million.

The house in the Hidden Hills section has five bedrooms, an office, a gym, equestrian facilities, an outdoor kitchen, a pool and a spa. The home, which has been remodeled, is set on parklike grounds.

Richards, 36, and her daughters lived in the home for slightly more than a year before she determined they needed more indoor space. She bought a five-bedroom, 5,600-square-foot house on an acre with a pool for about $4.6 million. That home is also in tony Hidden Hills.

A Place Of His Own

Danny Bonaduce has had a tough time. And what do the tough do when the going gets tough? They get going.

After his wife, Gretchen, announced plans to divorce the former 'Partridge Family' child star after 16 years of marriage, Bonaduce listed his home in Los Angeles' Los Feliz section for sale for $4.5 million and bought himself an $825,000 condo in Hollywood.

The Los Feliz home is a classic, Spanish Andalusian mansion, built in 1926 by architect Harry Hayden Whiteley. It has four bedrooms and five bathrooms in 7,000 square feet. It includes a theater, gardens and views to the mountains and ocean.

Gated at the street, the home has a two-story, hand-painted ceiling and a restored entry. The three-story house also has a media room, a gym and a patio.

Bonaduce bought a 2,300-square-foot condo in a newly built, six-unit building in Hollywood. It has two bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. The development has roof terraces, a game room and a work studio.

Producing A Move

Here comes Paris, but it isn't Hilton. It's Paris Barclay, the Emmy-winning director-producer.

Barclay, 51, bought a home in Los Angeles' Valley Village section for nearly $1.7 million and sold another in the Hollywood Hills for slightly more than $1.7 million.

Barclay wanted a residence with more space. His new Valley Village home has five bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms in 5,300 square feet. The house, built in 2006, is a contemporary Mediterranean with a two-story living room, a family room and an office.

The Hollywood Hills home he sold has five bedrooms and five baths in about 4,400 square feet. That house, built in 2004, is also Mediterranean and has a master bedroom suite that overlooks a lush yard with a pool and a spa.

Barclay won two Emmys for directing episodes of ABC's 'NYPD Blue.' He is co-executive producer and principal director of HBO's new series 'In Treatment,' starring Gabriel Byrne, Blair Underwood and Dianne Wiest. He serves as first vice president of the Directors Guild of America.
