SEMINOLE - An armed man robbed a Seminole pharmacy late Friday afternoon, stealing an undisclosed amount of money and pain medication, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.
When a pharmacist came from the back room of Trinity Pharmacy, 9488 Seminole Blvd., the man pulled out a gun and told the pharmacist to get on the floor, a sheriff's office release states. Then the man ordered a pharmacy technician to fill a large black duffle bag with pain medication.
Along with the money and drugs, he took some of the pharmacist's personal items, according to the release.
Nobody was injured during the incident.
The suspect is described as a white man, about 40 to 45 years old and weighing 160 to 170 pounds. The man is about 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-10 and last was seen wearing an orange baseball cap, a white button-down shirt with a Progress Energy logo on it, a striped tie, and what appeared to be green slacks.
