In the Tampa Bay area, we definitely are experts on dressing up like pirates. It's not many places where residents can honestly say they have puffy shirts and eye patches in their wardrobes, and thanks to Gasparilla and 'Pirates of the Caribbean,' people are prepared to break out the Jolly Rogers for Halloween costumes. Want to jazz up the look? Add accessories such as eye patches, daggers, boot tops, hoop earrings, hats and wigs. Pistols, swords, masks and telescopes can also help complete the costume. The Disney Store recently introduced a line of costumes based on the latest 'Pirates' film, 'At World's End.' Included in the collection are Elizabeth Swann, the role played by Keira Knightley, in women's and girls' sizes.

•Jack Sparrow men's and boys' costumes ($49.50 to $89.50) are just as authentically put together with a well-worn frock coat, pants and boot tops that can be paired with a pirate hat attached to thin dreadlocks ($14.50 to $19.50).

•Elizabeth Swann's Singapore garb ($49.50 to $79.50) can be accessorized with a matching headdress ($19.50) or jeweled flats ($14.50, for girls only).
