Pair Charged With Lewd Activities At Tampa Park

TAMPA - A Brandon woman was caught performing oral sex on a Tampa man in a closed city park Monday night, in plain view of the roadway, Tampa police say, and she provided police a false name.

Sharltonya Weathers

Sharltonya Dawan Weathers, 24, and Stephen Sterling Tutwiler, 50, were arrested at 11:45 p.m. after the incident at 900 Severn Ave.

Tutwiler had marijuana and rolling papers in a compartment under his car's driver's seat, an arrest affidavit states. He also had a pipe in a center console ashtray.

Tutwiler was charged with four misdemeanor counts: trespassing, marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and lewd and lascivious conduct. He posted bail and was released from jail. Weathers was charged with three misdemeanor counts: trespassing, lewd and lascivious conduct, and giving a false name to law enforcement. She also posted bail and was released.
