TAMPA - A man crawled under nine vehicles without permission at Tampa Hondaland, using a cordless saw to cut out their catalytic converters, Tampa police say.

When confronted by a person, Joseph Anthony Williams pointed a firearm at the person, an arrest affidavit states.
Williams, 35, of 709 N. Castle Court, was arrested and charged with nine felony counts of armed auto burglary and one felony count each of armed robbery, grand theft and possessing burglary tools. He was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Williams remains in Orient Road Jail with no bail set.
