Bradenton Teen Wounded In Drive-By Shooting

BRADENTON — A 17-year-old was shot Thursday evening during a drive-by shooting in east Bradenton, according to the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.
Deandre Lilly was standing near 616 61st Ave. about 6 p.m. with another person when someone in an older model vehicle with tinted windows, possibly a Pontiac, drove by and shot him, deputies said.
Lilly said there were four people in the car.
Lilly was flown by helicopter to Bayfront Medical Center with injuries not considered life-threatening.
