PLANT CITY A 3-year-old quarter horse that was feared stolen has been found alive and well.
Bugs' owner thought the horse was stolen about two weeks ago from a pasture and called Hillsborough County deputies for help.
The horse was found at a neighbor's house, safe and sound, deputies said this morning.
Bugs, who is red and has a black mane and tail, is valued at $20,000. The animal has a star with a snip of white on the face and darker coloring on all legs from the knees down.
