TAMPA - Trick-or-treaters may get a little damp and windblown Wednesday, but they'll also have an extra hour of daylight to prowl for candy.
The National Weather Service in Ruskin says there's a 40 percent chance of rain for Wednesday, though that will drop to 20 percent about 7 p.m. and stay there through the evening.
Temperatures will be about 80 at dusk and fall to the high 70s a few hours later. With a wind of about 13 mph, you can expect a bit of a breezy evening.
Daylight saving time hasn't reverted to standard time this year. That means the streets will be lighter an hour later than for past Halloweens.
The weather service says sunset will be at 6:46 p.m., with twilight lasting until 7:11 p.m.
