1 Hurt In Flash Fire At Pinellas Park Gas Station

One person was seriously hurt during a flash fire at a Pinellas Park gas station today.
The fire started when a tanker truck was being offloaded at a RaceTrac gas station at 12574 66th St. N.
The victim was taken to Northside Hospital.
The fire was extinguished quickly, and firefighters are filling the underground tanks with water and foam to prevent more fires.
The gas station remains open, but westbound 126th Avenue is blocked.
