GAINESVILLE - University of Florida OL Mike Pouncey practiced with the defensive line, Gators coach Urban Meyer said.
The defensive line took a major blow this week by losing starting DT Javier Estopinan, who tore an anterior cruciate ligament in the Georgia game.
Tackles Terron Sanders (left high ankle sprain) will miss several weeks and Brandon Antwine (lower back) is likely out for the season.
MOVING UP: Redshirt freshman Justin Williams could work his way into the Gators' receiving corps, Meyer said.
Williams notched two tackles against the Bulldogs, for a season total of five.
'That's the first thing you really have to do before you get involved in the offense is make a play on special teams,' Meyer said. 'He's getting a lot better. He's one of the most improved guys right now.'
