Man Charged With Lewd And Lascivious Behavior At Adventure Island

TAMPA — A 43-year-old Bradenton man was arrested this afternoon and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, Tampa Police said.

Jerard Russo was arrested at the Adventure Island water theme park about 3 p.m. today after two girls, ages 14 and 15, complained that the suspect was inappropriately touching them, police said. The teens were not seriously injured and did not need medical attention.

Police Lt. Ronald McMullen said Russo was acquainted with the girls but was not related.

Russo was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior and transported to Orient Road Jail.
