21-Year-Old Driver Killed On Pasco Road Under Construction

LAND O' LAKES - A 21-year-old man was killed this morning when the car he was driving overturned on a central Pasco County parkway under construction, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Pablo Garcia of 3777 Parkway Blvd. was heading east on Pleasant Plains Parkway about 1 a.m. when his 1991 Acura Coupe veered off the road, the highway patrol said.
His body was found by construction workers about 7 a.m.
