Two Pedestrians Killed Trying To Cross I-4

TAMPA - Two women were killed running across Interstate 4 on Wednesday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The two were trying to cross the highway from south to north near the Ford Amphitheater, where the Dave Matthews Band was playing. Each was hit by a different vehicle.

Only one eastbound lane of the interstate was open just before 10 p.m.
