Two Charged With Stealing Fuel From Construction Sites

RIVERVIEW - Hillsborough County deputies charged two men on Thursday with nighttime thefts of diesel fuel from construction sites, according to arrest reports.

Jess D. Davis, 28, of 704 Calhoun Road, Plant City, and Joshua J. Lemanski, 22, of 12911 Tikiwood Ct., Riverview, each faces two counts of trespassing and grand theft from a construction site.

Davis is charged in connection with a theft on June 17 from a site at Big Bend Road and Lovers Lane in Riverview and a theft on Sunday from a site at the dead end of Big Bend.

Lemanski is charged in the same Sunday incident and one today on Thursday at the Big Bend and Lovers Lane site, the reports said.

Both men posted $8,000 bail Friday and were released from Orient Road Jail.
