TRINITY - Samuelsen Builders has been tapped to bring its residential designs to Trinity East at Trinity, the $1.5 billion master-planned community in southwest Pasco.
Samuelsen offers seven floor plans - with 1,625 to 2,540 square feet of living space - for Trinity East, where many of the home sites overlook preserve areas, says Dan Aldridge, vice president of Adam Smith Enterprises Inc., Trinity's developer.
Standard lots are 50 feet by 120 feet. The builder also can custom design and build a home.
Houses are priced from the $250,000 range, which includes the home site.
Construction also is under way on Samuelsen's 2,540-square-foot Trinity East model, which is expected to open in February.
Until then, sales are being conducted from the builder's Valhalla model in The Champions' Club, 1241 Toscano Drive.
Trinity-based Samuelsen Builders was founded nearly 50 years ago by Richard Samuelsen. During the past 15 years, the firm has built homes in 63 Tampa Bay area communities, including Trinity, where it has built more than 600 homes.
To reach Trinity East from State Road 54, look for Community Drive four miles east of Little Road and turn south. Community Drive ends at the subdivision's entrance.
Samuelsen's Valhalla model home is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
